Founded by Dr. David P. Hurford, an expert in dyslexia treatment for kids, Dyslexia 101 helps children become competent readers, unbounded by geography or time. Dyslexia 101 proven methods are rooted in decades of scientific and academic research.
Our two-part program, conducted completely online from the comfort of your own home, not only measures the severity and likelihood of your child’s dyslexia, but addresses their reading challenges with support and guidance from a one-on-one certified Dyslexia 101 instructor in as little as six months.
With methods rooted in science and psychology, Dyslexia 101 helps children with even the most severe cases of dyslexia learn how to read, builds their confidence, and empowers them for their futures!
Our dyslexia program includes an instructor-directed solution that gets back to the basics of reading and teaches new foundational building blocks. This results in creating connections between letters and the sounds those letters represent.
The program starts with a dyslexia assessment that you complete online with your child. At the end of the assessment, you receive a written report that details your child’s overall reading ability and compares your child against our database of other children of the same gender and age. Then, using this information, your child’s Dyslexia 101 coach builds a reading instruction program specific to your child’s unique challenges and needs.
Complete the online Dyslexia 101 Reading Assessment with your child. We’ll determine your child’s dyslexia score – 0 to 100, where the higher the number, the more likely your child has dyslexia.
Register for our Reading Instruction program, where your child works virtually, face-to-face, with an expert instructor to become a competent and confident reader.
